Every package includes a written scope covering page count, features and revision rounds so you always know exactly what you're getting.
Secure checkout
All payments are processed through secure checkout. A deposit begins your project and the balance is due before your website goes live.
Customer responsibilities
You provide accurate business information, brand assets, photos, content and any required third-party access so we can build and launch on schedule.
Timeline conditions
The seven-business-day target begins after all required information, assets and access are received, and pauses if content or approvals are delayed.
Revision policy
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds or new scope beyond the package can be quoted separately.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once design work has started, refunds reflect the work completed to date.
Privacy policy
We only collect the information needed to build your website and respond to your inquiries. We never sell your data or share it beyond what's required to deliver our service.
Terms of service
Our services are provided as described in each package and written scope. Ongoing hosting, domain and care plans are billed separately and disclosed before purchase.
